Meet Adam
I joined Clements + Church as an instore tailor in Birmingham and I almost fell into my role with the head office team, originally I joined the team to do all the odd jobs and extra bits nobody wanted to do, this changed into me being in charge of all our IT systems and CRM system set up and implementation, Salesforce has become my matrix over the years as I’ve learnt more and more about it for good and bad.

"I love the team aspect of my role, I feel like I facilitate almost every aspect of the in-store roles, it's rewarding knowing I make the difference to someone's day to day. I fell into this role in some ways and have found my niche."

Ask Adam
Why Clements + Church?
The family feel of things is great, we’ve never been corporate and that is such a plus as we can change things on the fly.
What drew you to systems?
I fell into it really when Mark wanted to hand over a lot of our IT systems to someone who could give it the time it needed, we’ve really seen a change in how the day to day runs.
What is your go to outfit?
Everyone always laughs about my love of black. When I was in-store, I was never allowed ot weear black, but now it’s my day-to-day uniform. It just feels like me, I can still mess with shape and proportion, so I’m happy to be living my life in black, it’s never boring.
How do you deal with challenges?
Our systems much like our clothes are all bespoke; nothing ever quite works out of the box, so I’ve very much got used to dealing with things so I’m pretty laid back and have a long fuse, nothing really rattles me too much.
