One of the key fabrics this season is seersucker—an icon of warm-weather tailoring with a legacy as rich as it is practical. Originating in colonial India and adopted by the British for its breathability, seersucker became a symbol of relaxed elegance by the early 20th century. Worn by statesmen, architects, and tastemakers alike, it’s long been the thinking man’s summer fabric.

We’ve sourced our seersucker exclusively from Subalpino, a renowned mill in Biella, Italy, known for its innovative approach to traditional weaving. Their refined take on the cloth combines subtle texture with a modern handle, making it ideal for unstructured tailoring. It’s light, breathable, and carries just enough crinkle to keep you looking sharp without ever seeming stiff.
