Skilled artisans
Skilled artisans stretch the rubber over an aluminium boot last, gradually shaping the iconic wellington boot, while adding trims and intricate details.
Vulcanisation
The boots undergo a specialised vulcanisation process, where the rubber is treated at precise temperatures for maximum flexibility and strength.
Testing
Every pair is rigorously tested for waterproofing, inspected for quality, and polished to perfection before being carefully packaged for its journey to you.
