Black Tie at The OWO: Joey Boparan's Ivory Dinner Jacket
When Joey Boparan married Chiara at Raffles London at The OWO on 19 September 2026, the setting set the tone. The former Old War Office on Whitehall, with its grand stone courtyard and chandelier-lit interiors, called for evening tailoring with real presence.
Joey chose a classic black tie look with one considered twist: an ivory dinner jacket.
The Ivory Dinner Jacket
Joey wore a custom made ivory dinner jacket in Dugdale barathea, with an ivory ottoman-faced lapel, and black Dugdale barathea trousers to match.
His Thomas Mason compact poplin dress shirt was finished with black studs, worn with a large black satin bow tie and cummerbund, ivory braces and black evening loafers.
Chiara wore a dress from The Wedding Club. Together they made a striking pair against the grandeur of The OWO.
